How to Install Katelyn Template Kit:

1. Install & Activate the "Envato Elements" Plugin:

   • From your WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.
   • Search for Envato Elements.
   • Click Install Now and then Activate the plugin.

2. Download the Template Kit:

   • After purchasing the Katelyn Template Kit, download the kit zip file to your computer.
   • Do not unzip the kit file.

3. Upload Template Kit in WordPress:

   • From your WordPress dashboard, go to Elements > Installed Kits.
   • Click on the Upload Template Kit button.
   • Choose the downloaded .zip file and click Open.

4. Install Required Plugins:

   • After uploading the kit, you may see an orange banner at the top prompting you to Install Requirements.
   • Click Install Requirements to automatically install and activate all necessary plugins (like Elementor, Elementor Pro, etc.).

5. Import the Template Kit:

   • Global Kit Styles:
     • First, click Import on the Global Kit Styles to apply the default styles.
   • Import Individual Templates:
     • Now, import templates one at a time. For each template (e.g., Homepage, About Us, Blog Post), click Import.
     • These will be saved in Elementor under Templates > Saved Templates.

6. Create a New Page:

   • Go to Pages > Add New in your WordPress dashboard.
   • Click Edit with Elementor to start editing with Elementor page builder.
   • Once the Elementor editor is open, click the gray folder icon to access your saved templates.
   • Select the template you want to use and click Insert.

7. Customize Your Site:

   • Now you can start customizing the imported templates with Elementor’s drag-and-drop editor.
   • Edit the text, images, colors, fonts, and more to match your branding.

8. Set Up Global Header & Footer:

   • If you’re using Elementor Pro, you can customize the header and footer using Theme Builder.
   • Go to Elementor > Theme Builder, create new header/footer templates, and apply them to your site.
